Are sessions virtual or in-person?

All sessions are virtual (telehealth) for your convenience and privacy.

Do you offer Spanish-language sessions?

Yes. Bilingual care in English and Spanish is available (terapia en español).

How long are appointments?

  • Consultation: 15 minutes (no treatment provided; we discuss fit and next steps).
  • Therapy sessions: 45 minutes.

When are appointments available?

Weekend appointments by request, including evening times. Scheduling is by appointment only so we can find a time that works for you.

Do you accept insurance?

Yes—insurance and self-pay are both accepted. If you’re unsure about coverage or copays, contact us and I'll help you check benefits.

How do I schedule a consultation?

Use the Contact page or click “Start Your Healing Journey” on the Home page. We’ll follow up with available times.

What can I expect in the first session?

We’ll review your goals, relevant history, and immediate concerns, then create a plan together.

Who do you work with?

Adults seeking support for anxiety, depression, stress, relationship challenges, and trauma. Culturally responsive care is a priority.

What if I need to reschedule or cancel?

Please notify me as early as possible so I can offer your time to another client. Cancellations under 24 hours may incur a fee.

Is therapy right for me if I’m just exploring?

Absolutely. Many clients start with a brief consultation to ask questions and understand what therapy could look like for them.
